There's been plenty of changes during the offseason for the New York Giants coaching staff. On Wednesday, they made some adjustments with the guy that they have in the building.
The Giants announced three promotions.
Offensive coordinator Mike Kafka will now also be the assistant head coach. Secondary coach Jerome Henderson will now be the defensive passing game coordinator, and QB coach Shea Tierney will also be the offensive passing game coordinator.

The moves follow the departure of eight coaches from head coach Brian Daboll's staff over the past month. All three promotions imply pay increases for the three assistants, too.
New York did not allow Kafka to interview with the Seattle Seahawks for their open OC position. Daboll took play-calling duties away from Kafka during last season, but it remains to be seen who will call plays on offense in 2024.
