Hailee Steinfeld Reveals Her 1 Rule That Led to Josh Allen Relationship

Few people on the planet are better at their professions than Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld. It's even more rare than those people should find each other and create a romance that lasts, with both continuing to pursue their career challenges.

However, that's exactly what the young couple has managed thus far. After starting a relationship in 2023, the couple married just two years later and are on top of their respective careers with Allen winning the NFL's MVP award and Steinfeld gaining acclaim in her latest acting appearance in Sinners.

The Bills star quarterback couldn't hold back his emotions watching his wife on screen, admitted he cried during her performance. "Because it combines a lot of different aspects of life," Allen said. "My wife absolutely kills it, and hopefully, award season coming around, people make the right decision."

"I was just so proud of her," Allen said with a bright smile on his face. "I get emotional thinking about it, but it was a pretty cool experience...I'm just there trying to support her, in whatever way that I can. And that was her moment, and I'm so glad she got to shine."

The couple supports each other in everything their do and their relationship is no accident. Those searching for that type of love received a big piece of dating advice from Steinfeld, who revealed her one dating rule that led to her marriage.

In her latest "Beau Society" newsletter, Steinfeld was asked, “Advice for dating/not settling in relationships? (Would love a series on this)."

Steinfeld replied, “Yeah, don’t settle! Know that the right love will feel steady and safe, not confusing or conditional. When you know your own value, you stop chasing approval and start attracting someone who sees and celebrates you exactly as you are."

Allen and the Bills face off against the Miami Dolphins on Sept. 18 at 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video.
