Tom Brady just celebrated his 45th birthday. He continues to prove that age is just a number. The NFL GOAT celebrated his 45th birthday last Wednesday and is preparing for another dominant season. Last season was his best yet with more than 5,000 passing yards and 40 plus touchdowns. He has broken all records known to man in the sport and it makes one wonder when he’ll stop. With the way things are going, it looks like this old fart will never stop.

Brady was drafted at 22 years old to the New England Patriots and is still playing at 45 years old with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This will be his 23rd year playing professionally which is unprecedented. No quarterback has ever played this long in their career. This is a tribute to Brady and the way he takes care of himself.

Pliability means have long and soft muscles

The one thing which has helped him extend his career is “pliability.” Pliability means lengthening and softening the muscles in your body. It makes it easier to perform when muscles are long and soft rather than dense. When the muscles are dense, they can tear and become injured much easier during exercise. When the muscles are pliable, they can withstand collisions and impacts in sports. Other exercises like lifting weights and sprinting can make the muscles dense. Brady does banded workouts like pushups or bicep curls or tricep extensions as well.

Brady also drinks a lot of water each day. He reportedly drinks 12 to 25 cups of water with electrolytes a day. Hydration also helps the muscles become pliable. Brady also makes sure to get at least eight hours of sleep a night. He goes to bed at nine o’clock and wakes up at six most mornings. Since Tom Brady just celebrated his 45th birthday, he may have made an exception to sleep for one night. He also eats a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as protein. With this routine, the Bucs are sure to be a contender to compete for the Super Bowl this coming year!
