The Bengals have turned into one of the best teams in the NFL over the past couple of years. Head coach Zac Taylor knows it and he is doing his best to keep the winning culture around for as long as possible.
"When you come play for the Cincinnati Bengals, you're playing to win a division title and you're playing to go win a championship," Taylor said. "That's what everybody in this locker room understands and the new guys, we make sure they understand that very quickly in our team meetings."

Cincinnati has made back-to-back AFC title games and a Super Bowl appearance over the last two seasons and the team doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.
QB Joe Burrow even told reporters that the Bengals' Super Bowl window will be open as long as he's around.
"The window is my whole career," Burrow told reporters. "Things are going to change year to year but our window is always open."
Cincinnati didn't have a lot of roster turnover this offseason, but no roster stays the same. So, Taylor is just doing his part to ensure the newest Bengals are up to the high standards that the veterans have helped create.
The team has been close for two-straight seasons. Maybe it's this year's newest faces that will be the difference in winning the franchise's first championship.
