Dallas Cowboys Defensive End Micah Parsons was traded to the Green Bay Packers in an earth-shattering trade on Thursday. Here’s how Packers Quarterback Jordan Love reacted to the Parsons trade.
Love recently reacted to the Parsons trade, a shocking move that was on few Dallas Cowboys’ fans’ bingo cards. Parsons, 26, is now a Green Bay Packer — and Love clearly approved of the Cowboys’ move. The young QB reacted with three fire emojis on his Instagram story above ESPN’s graphic announcing the Cowboys’ move. His reaction was perfectly understandable as Parsons is a 26-year-old defensive end still in the early stages of his NFL career.
Love’s wife, professional volleyball player Ronika Stone, also reacted to the trade. She posted on her Instagram story a photo of her husband smiling during their seaside wedding in June with the word “Mood” in the text.
Love has been the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers since 2023. He will enter year 3 as the starter. He is clearly happy with Parsons being traded to Green Bay, Wisconsin, and rightfully so. Parsons isn’t the only pass rusher who could transform the Packers from a good team to a great one. However, Parsons’ services can help the Packers, a team that has made the NFL Playoffs in five of the past six seasons.
Parsons can lead the Packers’ defense and offense, chock-full of young, promising assets, such as rookie Wide Receiver Matthew Golden and Running Back Josh Jacobs, who finished with 1,329 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns last year.
