The 2024 season is over for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and they’re moving into the 2025 offseason with the bad taste of a five-game losing streak remaining in their mouths.
As the Steelers move into the offseason, he’s a guide of what’s happening when, and important dates to remember:
Jan. 15: Deadline for college underclassmen to declare for the 2025 NFL Draft, except those that are playing in the College Football Playoff national championship game.
Jan. 23-30: East-West Shrine Game, Arlington, Texas
Jan. 26-Feb. 1: Senior Bowl, Mobile, Alabama
Feb. 2: Pro Bowl Games, Orlando, Florida
Feb. 6: NFL Honors, New Orleans, Louisiana
Feb. 9: Super Bowl LIX, New Orleans, Louisiana
Feb. 18: Teams can begin to designate transition and franchise players.

Feb. 24-March 3: NFL Combine, Indianapolis, Indiana
March 4: Transition and franchise tag deadline.
March 10-12: Free agency contact period.
March 12: New league year, free agency opens, trading period begins, restricted free agent tender deadline.

March 30-April 2: Owner’s meetings, Palm Beach, Florida
April 16: Last day for pre-draft visits.
April 18: Deadline to sign offer sheets for restricted free agents.
April 21: Start of offseason workout program.

April 24-26: NFL Draft, Green Bay Wisconsin
May 9-12: Rookie minicamp.
July 15: Deadline to sign franchise tagged players to a contract extension.
July 31: Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, Canton, Ohio
Aug. 2: Hall of Fame Class of 2025 Enshrinement, Canton, Ohio
Sept. 4: NFL Kickoff Game
