Incredible C.J. Stroud, Jordan Love stats go viral

C.J. Stroud and Jordan Love both led their teams to playoff victories over the weekend, and the two quarterbacks did so with nearly identical stat lines.

Stroud was outstanding in the Houston Texans’ 45-14 blowout win over the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. The rookie went 16-of-21 for 271 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Love was equally impressive in the Green Bay Packers’ dominant road victory against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. The fourth-year quarterback, who was also making his NFL postseason debut, put up almost the exact same stats as Stroud.

Have a look at this comparison that went viral:

Stroud and Love both completed 16-of-21 passes. They also both had three touchdowns, no interceptions and identical passer ratings of 157.2. The only difference is Stroud had two more passing yards than Love.

The future is bright both in Houston and Green Bay. Stroud and Love both showed that they are ready for the big stage. No one could have predicted that would have made nearly identical statements, but their respective teams are certainly glad they did.
