Introducing the initial 53-man roster for the 2024 Minnesota Vikings

It's finally here. The Minnesota Vikings have completed the preseason and are now narrowing their focus toward week one against the New York Giants. 

Before they can narrow their focus completely, the Vikings need to make changes to their roster in preparation for the regular season. The roster needed to be at 53 players or less by 3 p.m. CT on Tuesday, August 27th.

Who made the initial 53-man roster? The Vikings announced it on Tuesday afternoon. Keep in mind that this is likely to change over the next few days as the Vikings pursue players on the waiver wire.
