The Green Bay Packers aim to level up an already explosive offense in 2025.
Quarterback Jordan Love and the offense led the NFL in explosive plays last season, but some of that success came in spite of a receiving corps that was ultimately besieged by injuries and mired by inconsistency through much of the 2024 campaign.
As the 2025 NFL season approaches, at least one NFL analyst is bullish on the Packers’ offense taking strides this fall.
NFL Media’s Gennaro Filice ranks the Packers’ offense eighth in the league, while pointing out Love finding his groove with new weapons and in his third season as a starter could be paramount for Green Bay.
“What kind of Love will we get in 2025?” Filice writes for NFL Media. “He has the arm talent and irrational confidence to drop bombs and make this prediction for Green Bay’s offense look conservative. But the sample size is still small enough that we should proceed with caution.”
Love should benefit from Golden’s arrival, along with his game-changing speed, Kraft’s ability to chew up yards after the catch, and being fully healthy, which he rarely was last season.
After passing for 3,389 yards with 25 touchowns to 11 interceptions last season, Love has the chance to play behind what should be an improved offensive line, with younger weapons around him taking the next steps in their development and the addition of major speed. If all of the elements the Packers are going all in on this offseason deliver in a big way during the season, Green Bay’s offense has potential to be a force to be reckoned with and Love the chance to climb the quarterback hierarchy across the NFL.
