Is Nick Sirianni Married? Meet His Longtime Partner of More Than 10 Years

While the spotlight of Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles shines on the field, it’s important to recognize the key figures off the field who've played a pivotal role behind the scenes.

One such figure is Brett Ashley Cantwell, the wife of Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni. Married since 2013 and parents to three children, the couple first met in 2010 when Sirianni was a quality control coach with the Chiefs. However, after Andy Reid was hired, Sirianni was let go from the team.

That moment was a challenging one for the family, especially since they had grown attached to Kansas City, where Brett Ashley had a stable teaching job and her parents lived just a half-hour away. Despite those sacrifices, she supported her husband’s dream of becoming a head coach.

"Did I want to leave Kansas City? No," Sirianni said. "My future wife was from there, we were engaged at the time, she had a nice teaching job there, she had all her friends there, her mom and dad were a half-hour down the road.

"Of course, I didn't want to leave there. But when I look at it, God's always put me in great positions and guided my paths. I know I don't say stuff like that all the time, but I know He has."

Sirianni's wife made it known that leaving so much behind was tough, but she emphasized that it was all worth it for her husband.

"I loved my job; I loved everything about Kansas City," Cantwell said. "I loved Nick more. So, it was all worth it."

In hindsight more than a decade later, it’s clear that everything happens for a reason. After his time with the Chiefs, Sirianni went on to coach for the Chargers, where he met former head coach Frank Reich.

Reich played a key role in mentoring Sirianni and shaping him into a head-coaching candidate. Sirianni followed Reich to the Colts to serve as his coordinator, which ultimately led to his hiring as the Eagles' head coach in 2021.

Now Sirianni is playing in his second Super Bowl with his wife and three children by his side as he looks to capture his first Lombardi Trophy of his young head-coaching career.
