It has been a whirlwind of a couple of weeks for new Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen. There was drama with his departure from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Then, he went viral on social media in the wrong way for a funny, awkward moment during his opening press conference for Jacksonville. He let out a long "Duval" that was met with forced laughs and probably, some odd looks.

Social media is relentless. Many folks around the sports media scene had a negative feeling regarding the presser moment and immediately doubted his future as a head coach in Jacksonville.
That being said, that singular moment could not haunt him forever. It shouldn't, either. The Jaguars' latest social media video showed Coen meeting some of his new players, including quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

Coaches are a lot more than vibes or feelings. There is so much more that goes into being an NFL HC, like motivation, scheme, and staff. Regardless, this video of Coen and his new team was an awesome look.
Coen looked bubbly and comfortable with the players who he had never met before.
There wasn't a feeling of awkwardness or a lack of awareness on Coen's part, and fans will probably appreciate his nature in the post. Players looked enthusiastic about the team's hire.
Plus, the young head coach even pulled out some knowledge of other players, coaches, and people that the players had a relationship with, along with himself. He did his research and made sure to know how to connect to the guys. That is meaningful as the new leader of a football team.
All in all, we'll see how the Coen tenure turns out for the Jags. He's back on track a bit, from a public perspective, after the comical blunder prior to the latest social media post by Jacksonville.
