Both players are starters for the Jaguars and got hurt this past Sunday. Murray (elbow) and Hamilton (quad) will both miss the rest of the season, too.
Murray, 32, is a former fourth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2016 out of Minnesota. He was later traded to the Browns in return for DE Emmanuel Ogbah.
Murray played out the final year of his four-year, $2,967,304 contract before signing with the Texans on a three-year deal worth up to $20.25 million in 2020. He reworked his deal in 2022 to add another year in 2023 and re-signed a one-year deal for 2024.
The Jaguars signed him to a three-year, $22.5 million contract in March 2025.
In 2026, Murray appeared in six games for the Jaguars and recorded 15 total tackles.
Hamilton, 29, was selected in the third round of the 2020 draft by Jacksonville after playing collegiately at Ohio State.
He was entering the final year of a four-year, $4.8 million rookie contract when he signed a three-year, $34.5 million extension with the Jaguars.
Hamilton is set to become an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his career this offseason.
In 2026, Hamilton appeared in seven games for the Jaguars and recorded eight tackles and half a sack.
