Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence will start vs. Browns

After a week of speculation and wonder, the Jaguars have an answer on the status of Trevor Lawrence. 

The star quarterback will start against the Cleveland Browns despite having a high ankle sprain. 

Lawrence suffered the injury six days ago in the Jaguars' loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on "Monday Night Football." He participated in practice this week and was initially listed as questionable before being labeled a game-time decision. 

Lawrence has never missed a game since entering the league in 2021, and that streak will continue with him starting today. 

The Jaguars are one game ahead of both the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts in the AFC South standings, and all three teams continue vying for playoff positions as the season enters its final month.
