Jaguars vs. Ravens: Tyson Campbell and Andre Cisco Limited in Thursday's Practice
USA TODAY Sports

For the first time in what feels ages, the Jacksonville Jaguars had their 53-man roster on the practice field in some capacity on Thursday.

The Jaguars had a lengthy injury report for Thursday's practice, but zero players were listed as non-participants. Cornerback Tyson Campbell (quad) and safety Andre Cisco (hamstring) were both limited on Thursday after not practicing at all on Wednesday.

Cisco was injured in Sunday's 31-27 loss to the Cleveland Browns, while Campbell was injured in Week 13 vs. the Cincinnati Bengals and missed last week's game vs. the Browns. Campbell has missed five games this season and has been replaced by second-year cornerback Montaric Brown in the lineup.

“Well, we have the next man up mentality. With Buster, he’s got his opportunity and he’s went out there and played every week. He’ll continue to get better, but just looking at it, he’s gotten the opportunity and he’s taken full advantage of it," Jaguars defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell said about Brown on Thursday.

"He’s playing well for us, we like what he’s doing, it’s good to see a young guy that his hard work has paid off. He came in here a little bit raw, now he’s understanding the techniques, he’s out there, he’ll compete, he'll fight you. You want that from a defensive back, he has a short memory. If he does give up something, he’s right back there challenging the next play. You like to see that.”

In addition to Campbell and Cisco, the following players were also limited:

  • WR Jamal Agnew (shoulder)
  • CB Christian Braswell (hamstring)
  • OL Ezra Cleveland (knee)
  • RB Travis Etienne (ribs)
  • CB Tre Herndon (concussion)
  • RB D'Ernest Johnson (knee)
  • WR Zay Jones (knee)
  • OL Walker Little (hamstring)
  • TE Brenton Strange (foot)

Meanwhile, quarterbacks C.J. Beathard (shoulder) and Travis Etienne (ankle) were both full participants for the second day in a row.
