Everyone has a favorite meal and for Philadelphia Eagles star defensive tackle Jalen Carter, it's one that will take fans way back to their childhood.
In an old interview with the Georgia Bulldogs that revently went viral, Carter shared the one meal he could eat ever single day.
"“My mom cooks Hamburger Helper," Carter said. "I love it. I could eat it everyday.. She calls me to come eat, and when I get the plate it's gone in a minute.”

There's nothing like a big bowl of Hamburger Helper that your mom whipped up, especially in the colder months.
Now we know what has helped fuel Carter into the elite ball player and Super Bowl champion that he is today.
Carter, who was the Eagles' ninth pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, jumped right into the action for Philly.
In his rookie year, Carter played all 16 games, racking up 33 tackles (20 solo), notched six sacks, forced two fumbles, and recovered one. His efforts earned him a spot on the PFWA All‑Rookie Team and runner‑up for AP Defensive Rookie of the Year .
Year two was even bigger for Carter. He started every game, finishing with 42 tackles (25 solo), 4.5 sacks, six passes defended, and two forced fumbles. He booked his first Pro Bowl appearance and was second-team All‑Pro, playing a major role in the Eagles' Super Bowl LIX run.
Even without flashy stats in the big game, Carter was a game-changer and consistently drawing double teams, opening lanes for teammates, and helping Philly shut down the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense en route to 40-22 SBLIX victory.
After two seasons he’s become a reliable defensive anchor with 75 tackles (44 solo), 10.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
I think that deserves a Hamburger Helper sponsorship.
