Jalen Hurts continues to anchor the Philadelphia Eagles in his sixth NFL season, fresh off a Super Bowl LIX victory where he was named Super Bowl MVP. Last season, he threw for 2,903 yards and 18 touchdowns. Through 10 games in 2025, Hurts has completed 180 of 269 passes for 1,995 yards and 16 touchdowns with just one interception.
The Eagles sit at 8‑2 and remain among the NFC’s favorites despite offensive inconsistencies, ranking 29th in the league in passing yards per game (199.5). As Week 12 approaches, Hurts and the Eagles hope to keep their momentum on the road against a Dallas Cowboys team seeking just their fifth win of the season.
Ahead of Sunday’s matchup, it was revealed that Hurts will wear special cleats representing the Jalen Hurts Foundation, the youth‑development organization he founded to support underserved communities through mentoring programs, educational initiatives, and leadership development.
The foundation’s mission – “to strengthen communities by servicing and advancing the youth” – speaks to Hurts’ commitment to giving back and using his platform for positive impact. The organization has also been active this season, recently confirming that it donates $5,000 for every touchdown Hurts scores this season.

The Eagles aim to best the Cowboys again after their season-opening victory, a game that was overshadowed by an incident involving Eagles’ defensive tackle Jalen Carter and Cowboys’ quarterback Dak Prescott. In that game, Hurts completed 19 of 23 passes for 152 yards and rushed 14 times for 62 yards with two touchdowns.
Throughout his career, Hurts has a 5-3 record against Philly’s NFC East rivals, throwing for 1,590 yards, nine touchdowns, and five interceptions.
Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET at AT&T Stadium, with live coverage on Fox.
