Jalen Hurts' latest comments prove the Eagles are destined for another Super Bowl run

The Philadelphia Eagles are destined for another Super Bowl run following quarterback Jalen Hurts' latest comments.

Hurts, who was crowned MVP following the Eagles' historic 40-22 Super Bowl LIX win over the Kansas City Chiefs, didn't take a breather after the win, despite playing late into the season.

"I really got straight back to it," Hurts said. "For my own sanity. For my own sanity of continuing the process, and continuing to fine-tune things I needed to fine-tune, and seeing how I can get better."

The Eagles made another big coaching change this offseason, swapping out Kellen Moore for Kevin Patullo as Hurts' new offensive coordinator. That makes technically five offensive coordinators: Doug Pederson (2020), Nick Sirianni/Shane Steichen (2021), Shane Steichen (2022), Brian Johnson (2023), and Kellen Moore (2024). Patullo) since Hurts entered the NFL in 2020.

However, Hurts claims he is not keeping track of the number.

It’s a lot of change for any quarterback, but Hurts just keeps rolling with it and is embracing it.

What has helped is that, aside from perfecting his own technique, Hurts has made it a point to build better chemistry with his receivers and Patullo this offseason.

Hurts and the Eagles focused a ton on building a stronger bond last offseason, which is a major reason why the Eagles were able to get to the Super Bowl.

"You know [building] that chemistry, and we all know the season can go any type of way, and so just making sure you kind of can have a foundation of some sort with everyone is important," Hurts said. "And then I've also had the conversation, you know, with coach Patullo about who's available matters, but ultimately, it's about us putting them in a position to do what we're going to do. And so I got to go execute it. We got to go make it work, regardless [of who is available]."

Sure, Philly has seen some major changes this offseason, but that shouldn't derail another Super Bowl push, especially with Hurts locked in and focused from the start.
