Ja’Marr Chase reacts on Twitter to Bengals’ Super Bowl defeat

Ja’Marr Chase let his disappointment show after the Cincinnati Bengals came up short in the Super Bowl this year.

The Bengals receiver reacted on Twitter to his team’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI. Chase posted a tweet that simply read, “damn.”

While the defeat was a gut-wrenching one for the Bengals, it was certainly wasn't Chase's fault. The rookie finished with five receptions for 89 yards, including a big 46-yard catch to help get the Cincinnati offense going in the first quarter.

At 21 years old with a 25-year-old quarterback in Joe Burrow throwing him the ball, Chase has a very bright future ahead of him. Not many people can say they starred as a rookie for a team that made it all the way to the Super Bowl. While the Bengals are definitely getting hit with the jokes right now, they should be a formidable team in the AFC for many years to come.
