The Dallas Cowboys are known for their huge fan base, cheerleaders, stadium, past glories and Jerry Jones.
The Cowboys' owner/GM rarely, if ever, wastes an opportunity to voice his thoughts.
However, he was nowhere to be found after his team's 30-27 road loss to the Carolina Panthers, and while that shouldn't raise eyebrows for any of the other 31 teams, it's not usual for the Dallas Cowboys.
Clarence Hill Jr. reported that Jones didn't talk to the media after the game, and one can only wonder what that means for Brian Schottenheimer's team.
Jerry Jones is not talking today after the game

Jones is known for being notoriously patient with his head coaches. He usually prefers coaches who will stay away from the headlines and the mics. He also appreciates those who don't get in his way.
However, the Cowboys are 2-3-1 after six weeks, and that's despite having the second-best offense in the league (393.5 yards per game) and the fourth-highest scoring offense (29.3 points per game). As an offensive-minded head coach, Schottenheimer deserves plenty of credit for that.
Nevertheless, the Cowboys are also giving up the most total yards per game (428.7) and the second-most points per game (30.7).
Fans, analysts and even players like Trevon Diggs have called out defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus for this, and rightfully so.
Considering that, maybe Jones was just too angry that Rico Dowdle, the guy he chose to let go in free agency, honored his word and put up 239 yards from scrimmage against his team. Perhaps he didn't want to admit that trading Micah Parsons was a huge mistake, or he didn't want to answer questions about Eberflus' job security again.
Whatever the case, the silence is deafening when it comes from someone like Jerry Jones.
