McNeill, 23, spent two years at Tennessee before transferring to Colorado, where he played his last three years and started 11 of 32 games. The Chiefs signed him as an undrafted free agent following the 2026 draft, but he was among the final roster cuts coming out of training camp.

In his collegiate career, McNeill appeared in 38 games over five years at Tennessee and Colorado and recorded 77 total tackles and seven sacks.
