Jim Harbaugh has already begun his Los Angeles Chargers career. After being hired last week, the veteran head coach has wasted no time starting relationships with his top talent.
According to Harbaugh himself, he has met with Justin Herbert, Keenan Allen, Derwin James, and others.

The new Chargers HC labeled them as 'pro's pros.' It's clear that he respects them and vice versa.
Harbaugh also discussed how difficult of a decision it was for him to leave the University of Michigan. Fresh off of a national title victory, there was never more momentum for the Wolverines as there would be entering next season.
That being said, the NFL was seemingly an itch that Harbaugh could not scratch. He had to return, and the Chargers were a great opportunity for him and his family. He's a believer in the roster and organization as a whole.
Harbaugh is determined to get a Lombardi Trophy, and Chargers fans will certainly appreciate that sentiment.
