Jim Harbaugh Reveals He Has Signed Jersey From Bolt Great

All the memories came flooding back for Jim Harbaugh on Thursday when he was introduced as the new head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers.

Harbaugh, who played for two seasons with the Chargers, reminisced about his last game as a quarterback in San Diego. He exchanged jerseys with a teammate after the game and it is even more special now that his former teammate has passed away.

"All these memories come flooding back, none more than the last game that I played with the Chargers. Junior Seau and I exchanged jerseys and he signed it and I have that jersey hanging up in my home," Harbaugh said.

Seau retired in 2010 after 20 seasons in the National Football League, 13 were with the Chargers. He was a 12-time Pro Bowler and an eight-time All-Pro selection.

He passed away on May 2, 2012, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Three years later, he was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Harbaugh arrives in Los Angeles on the heels of a national championship with his alma mater, the Michigan Wolverines. His hire to Los Angeles now also makes him the active leader in career winning percentage among head coaches, thanks to a productive-if-brief stint with the San Francisco 49ers.
