J.J. Watt says he had atrial fibrillation on Wednesday, will play Sunday

Just hours before his Arizona Cardinals kick off against Carolina Panthers on Sunday, defensive end J.J. Watt announced on Twitter that he went into atrial fibrillation on Wednesday, had to have his heart shocked back into rhythm, and that he is still planning on playing on Sunday.

Watt did not participate in Cardinals practice on Wednesday or Thursday.
The 33-year-old Watt has appeared in two of the Cardinals' first three games this season, recording a forced fumble and two sacks.
