Joe Burrow Is Not Happy With NFL's Schedule Decision

Week 1 is still a while away, but that hasn't stopped Joe Burrow from complaining about the Cincinnati Bengals' 2025 schedule.

The Bengals will kick off their season on the road against the Cleveland Browns. They'll head back home to host the Jacksonville Jaguars before going on a two-game road trip.

Despite missing the playoffs last season, Cincinnati received a prime-time game on Thanksgiving against the Baltimore Ravens.

The Bengals have already faced the Ravens in a night game at M&T Bank Stadium in back-to-back seasons. The thought of a third showdown under the lights in Baltimore doesn't exactly put a smile on Burrow's face.

After finishing up a voluntary workout Tuesday, Burrow called out the NFL schedule makers.

"Playing in Baltimore for the fourth straight prime-time year isn't ideal," Burrow told reporters. "Maybe we can get one of those in Cincinnati next year. Please."

Burrow isn't thrilled about the Bengals heading to Baltimore for Thanksgiving. His head coach Zac Taylor, however, said he's excited for this AFC North showdown.

"Playing on Thanksgiving night in a stand-alone game with the whole world watching, sitting on their couch, is really exciting," Taylor said. "It's why you're in this business."

On the bright side, Burrow is feeling pretty confident about his health heading into OTAs.

"This is the best that I've felt in the offseason," Burrow said. "Just like every year, trying to get better, trying to get stronger, faster, healthier. Try to find ways that you can optimize your health throughout the whole season, not hurt as much. I'm in a good spot."

Burrow had 4,918 yards, 43 touchdowns and nine interceptions last season. We'll see if he continues putting up MVP numbers this fall.
