Joey Bosa was furious after his Buffalo Bills lost 33-30 in overtime to the Denver Broncos in their AFC Divisional playoff game at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colo., on Saturday.

Bosa committed a bad roughing the passer penalty in overtime, just a few plays before Denver kicked the winning field goal. Bosa had three tackles in the game, but saw his team make a playoff exit to mar their 12-5 regular season. He was ticked off after the defeat and couldn’t hide his anger.

NFL Media’s James Palmer captured a video of Bills players walking through the tunnel between the field and locker room. Bosa was seen throwing his helmet against a wall.

This was just Bosa’s first season with the Bills, so it’s not like he’s been experience constant playoff frustration with them. But that doesn’t change what a competitor he is, and how much it stings to lose.

The Bills have been to the playoffs seven straight seasons but have fallen short of the Super Bowl in each year. Last year they reached the conference championship game. This year they went out a round earlier than that.

For Bosa, throwing the helmet is nothing new.
