Josh Allen Earns New Nickname Before Buffalo Bills Rivalry Game

Josh Allen has picked up right where he left off in last season’s MVP campaign.

The three-time Pro Bowl quarterback has led the Buffalo Bills to four straight wins to start the new season. So far, Allen already has 85 completions on 121 pass attempts (70.2%), resulting in 964 passing yards and seven touchdowns against just one interception.

Allen and Co. will be looking to improve to 5-0 on Sunday when they host the 2-2 New England Patriots at Highmark Stadium in what is expected to be a spectacle. The Bills have already announced their plan to transform Highmark to a “blizzard of white” for a “full-stadium White Out” on Sunday night.

Fans are encouraged to wear white for the game, which will match the team’s new uniform. The Bills will be debuting the highly anticipated all-white “Cold Front” Rivalries uniform against the Patriots, and Allen is front and center in promoting the new jerseys.

The Bills took to social media on Wednesday to reveal Allen’s new nickname.

“Josh Snow. ❄️” the team posted on X, sharing a couple of photos of Allen in the new all-white unis.

The nickname appears to be a reference to Jon Snow of HBO’s epic series “Game of Thrones.” Allen is no King in the North, but the Bills superstar certainly reigns supreme as the top quarterback in the NFL right now.

There’s no denying that Allen looks great in the “Cold Front” uniform. However, it’s also a fact that the 29-year-old will be wreaking havoc on the field regardless of what jersey he’s wearing. The Patriots should experience this firsthand come Sunday.
