Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had a superb 2024 season that didn't end in a Super Bowl win but did end with an MVP trophy.

The Bills were one of the most consistent teams in football, wrapping up the division just after halfway through the season and a 13-4 record, with Allen leading the second-highest-scoring offense in football (30.9 p/g).

But the biggest and best thing about Allen's season was his ability to reel in those risky turnovers. Allen posted a career-low interception total (six) and had just 11 turnovers in total, as the offense was a finely tuned machine under Joe Brady.

All of that led to Allen winning his first NFL MVP award, but in PFF's top 101 players, where does Josh rank? As it turns out, he isn't first; he comes in at No. 6, with Joe Burrow (No. 4) and Lamar Jackson (No. 1), the other quarterbacks ahead of him.

"Allen earned his first NFL MVP award by ranking third among qualified quarterbacks in PFF grade and leading that group with a 93.6 rushing grade and 43 big-time throws," PFF writes. "He is the first quarterback in PFF history to earn a 90.0-plus grade in five straight seasons, surpassing Tom Brady, who did it four times in a row from 2015 to 2018. On top of his amazing playmaking ability, Allen recorded a career-low 2.6% turnover-worthy play rate."

It was one of Allen's best seasons, and what made it so good was that he wasn't the gunslinger who put the ball in harm's way and handicapped his team.

Out of 17 regular season games, only five had an Allen interception, and in Buffalo's three playoff games, Allen didn't.

Overall, it was one of Allen's best seasons of his career, and the Bills look primed to reload and go again in 2025.

And this time, they'll have an MVP winner driving the bus.
