One of the heroes from the Kansas City Chiefs' victory over the Baltimore Ravens last week was linebacker Leo Chenal.

Chenal recorded four tackles and an incredible one-handed interception that changed the momentum of the game late during the first quarter. He is quietly having a very good season, showing off his versatility as a pass rusher, as well as a run and pass defender.

Chenal will look to keep his momentum rolling in a tough road matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football. Jacksonville is off to a hot 3-1 start, and has multiple playmakers within its offense.

Leo Chenal is keying in on Jaguars RB Travis Etienne

While speaking to the media on Thursday, Chenal discussed what he and the rest of the Chiefs' front seven needs to do to slow down Etienne.

"What stuck out to me watching film the past few days is how well he (Etienne) is on the edge," Chenal said. "His stiff arm is good. It's not just setting an edge, you got to have great eyes. You got to continue to press the edge because he'll bounce it out, even if you got a [defensive end] setting the edge two yards up the field. I think it's just trusting each other and continuing to drive up-field on certain things, having good square hits, athletic position, and being ready to knock down a stiff arm."

Etienne currently ranks third in the NFL in rushing with 394 yards, and is averaging a whopping 6.1 yards per carry. He is the identity of the Jaguars' offense, as the passing attack has been uneven so far this season.

One thing that K.C. defenders must do a good job of against Etienne is tackling. He is a powerful runner who will easily shed poor form tackles. If the Chiefs can limit Etienne and put the onus of the offense on quarterback Trevor Lawrence, it will put them in a great position to emerge victorious.
