The Kansas City Chiefs' victory in Week 4 came with a little extra something special for Patrick Mahomes. With an 8-yard pass to Isiah Pacheco in the second quarter, the quarterback officially became the fastest in league history to reach 250 passing touchdowns.

Aaron Rodgers previously held the record, having hit the milestone in his 121st game, but Mahomes accomplished it in 116 games. And he marks only the sixth active quarterback to do this.

To celebrate this incredible achievement, Adidas released a short film that featured Mahomes, specifically highlighting the No. 250.

Mahomes' resume is already quite impressive, having been named a six-time Pro Bowler, a three-time Super Bowl Most Valuable Player, and a two-time Associated Press MVP. Plus, he holds numerous records, including fastest to reach 30,000 passing yards (103 games), youngest to reach 200 passing touchdowns (84 games), and most consecutive AFC Championship games (6).

So now, he adds one more accomplishment to the long list.

Andy Reid congratulates Patrick Mahomes after reaching this milestone

Following the Chiefs 37-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens, Andy Reid took a moment to recognize Mahomes in his opening remarks.

"I know Pat’s (Mahomes) accomplishment," Reid told reporters. "My hat goes off to him for all that he’s done in his short career here. We’re still young at 30, and he’s done a real nice job of setting all these records that he’s done."

And with that, he also took a moment to praise Mahomes for the way he acts as a leader.

"Most of all, I love the way he brings the team into it, and that’s a good thing and he and (Travis) Kelce are creeping up on being the old guys there," Reid continued. "Kelce is definitely the older guy and for him to come out and have a good day was good."
