Kirk Herbstreit is one of the most well-known faces and names around not only the college football world, but the sports entertainment business as a whole. Joining ESPN in 1996 after spending four years as a quarterback with the Ohio State Buckeyes, Herbstreit has become loved by football fans.

Herbstreit joined ESPN's College Gameday in August 1996 and has served as an analyst on the country's biggest college football pregame show on Saturdays since. He became very good friends with college football legend Lee Corso, who retired after Week 1 this season.

Since 2006, he has also served as the lead game day analyst on ABC and ESPN.

On Sunday, the 56-year-old Herbstreit made a major announcement that will be exciting to all his fans.

Herbstreit announced on his X account that he will be starting a live show covering both college football and the NFL with ESPN co-worker Joey Galloway. He said that the name of the podcast will be "Nonstop."

"Nonstop is the perfect word to describe my life during the football season," Herbstreit said in his post. "I’ve felt like I needed a place to express my reactions to all that I watch and see across the sport. So @Joey_Galloway and I decided to launch a LIVE show on my YouTube channel!"

Galloway joined ESPN at the start of the college football season in 2011, and he currently works as a studio analyst on game days in the fall.

According to Herbstreit's post, the show will be streamed live every Monday at 11 a.m. ET on his YouTube channel.

With this incredible announcement, college football and NFL fans will have one more show to add to their watch list this fall and beyond.
