The San Francisco 49ers' 2025 season is only three games old, but the team has already suffered a number of concerning injuries.

Star tight end George Kittle suffered a hamstring injury in the first week of the season that landed him on injured reserve. Wide receiver Jauan Jennings picked up a shoulder injury in Week 1 and was able to battle through it in Week 2 before sitting out Sunday's win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Quarterback Brock Purdy also suffered a toe injury that's kept him out of the lineup for the last two games, but the bad news didn't stop there for the 49ers. Star pass rusher Nick Bosa appeared to pick up a significant knee injury and was forced out of the game.

Earlier Sunday night Shanahan revealed the team didn't rule out a potential ACL injury and that Bosa would undergo further testing. He later admitted the team is "concerned" with the injury.

"They haven't ruled [an ACL injury] out," Shanahan said. "We're not sure. There is concern because of how he feels. They do the test and stuff on the sideline and usually they say whether he definitely did or not and they didn't say that, but we are concerned with that. Keeping our fingers crossed for the MRI."

Bosa was spotted giving a thumbs down to someone in the crowd by the broadcast as he walked off the field following the injury suffered in the first quarter.
