Las Vegas Raiders' key player lands role in upcoming movie that could be a must-watch
Candice Ward-USA TODAY Sports

The Las Vegas Raiders could have another movie star on their hands. Some may or may not remember, but they had on before.

Carl Weathers, who recently passed away as the whole NFL community still mourns his death, played for the Raiders for eight years and starred in several movies, such as Rocky.

Now, they could have another one, Ammer Abdullah, who is a special teams ace in both the return and defensive aspects of that side of the ball. At times, he's the third and long-running back for the Raiders, but now he will be starring in a movie that a lot of Raider nation may love.

Abdullah will be in a movie with people like Cuba Gooding Jr. and Vivica A. Fox. The movie, "Break The Cycle," begins production next month in Memphis, Tennessee. Abdullah will play the role of K-Money, a street king running the neighborhood.

Abdullah will have a lot on his plate this offseason. Aside from doing the movie while also working out and getting ready for the 2024 season, he is also an unrestricted free agent and could very well end up on a different team than with the Silver and Black.

Even if he isn't back, he will always be a Raider, which means most fans will likely watch his movie.
