Las Vegas Raiders LB Devin White can't stop giving Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs bulletin board material

The Kansas City Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid, is 20-4 against the Las Vegas Raiders all-time, and Patrick Mahomes is 12-2. So, getting a win on Sunday in one of the biggest rivalries in all of pro sports would be huge for the Silver and Black.

However, history is not on their side, and the Raiders are on the road while Kansas City is just now playing its best ball of the year. So, why give them any more bulletin board material to add to KC's advantage?

Raiders LB Devin White isn't worried about the Chiefs

“For me alone, I ain’t scared. I know a lot of people look at him [Mahomes] for what he is, the guy won 3 Super Bowls…It's good to have experience, especially going on the road to their house, you know, they have a good stadium," Raiders LB Devin White said this week. "I’m going to be poised and have my guys ready to play.”

Now, that's not even the "bulletin board material" I'm referencing. However, that's something we know a guy like Mahomes keeps a mental note of. And with the way the Chiefs are playing — just blowing out the Detroit Lions — giving them any more reason to play their best is just not smart, especially since the Raiders aren't a good football team right now.

Mahomes is getting Rashee Rice back to pair with Xavier Worthy, Hollywood Brown, and Travis Kelce. As a linebacker, White, if he does drop into coverage, would likely be responsible for Kelce.

“Devin White is going to win, that’s all," White said when asked why Kelce is a hard cover.

Devin White's stats in 2025 with the Raiders

  • Leads team with 33 solo tackles.
  • Leads the team in assisted tackles with 15 assists.
  • Has one sack.
  • Has one interception.
  • Has one forced fumble.
  • The sack, interception, forced fumble, and nine of the tackles came last week against the Tennessee Titans.

Now, that is bulletin board material. But, at the same time, you love your team having that kind of confidence, especially after having a game like White just had. White is the first Raiders player to record a sack, a forced fumble, and an interception in a game since Khalil Mack did it against the Carolina Panthers in 2016. He's playing that well right now.

Yeah, they're giving the Chiefs bulletin board material, but everyone knows these games are always weird, with the Chiefs getting a few bounces to go their way. The Raiders are confident in themselves, and that's how it should be. They aren't backing down to anyone.
