Latest Broncos 2025 schedule release predictions features Denver consistently staying in the national spotlight
Marc Lebryk-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL will release all 32 NFL team's 2025 schedules on Wednesday, May 14.

The Denver Broncos already know who their home and away opponents will be next season, and in a few days we have will dates and times for each game. They will face a third-place schedule in 2025 after finishing behind the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs in the tough AFC West.

With games set to be revealed this week, leading up to the full schedule release on Wednesday, here are some predictions to sink your teeth into while we wait for the real thing.

Prediction No. 1: Broncos will have 6 primetime games

Six is a lofty number, but the Broncos are going to earn it. Let's start with the obvious - Thursday Night Football. Every team gets one of those, so that's automatically accounted for. I think that Denver will be a trendy pick to make a big improvements from 2024, so I'm going to predict it gets two games on Sunday Night Football and another two on Monday Night Football.

Watch for those to come against opponents such as the Chiefs, Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, or Houston Texans. How do the Broncos get to a sixth primetime game? I'll say that the NFL flexes one of their late seasons games with huge playoff implications, just like their week 16 game against the Chargers last season.

Prediction No. 2: Broncos play internationally

Owner Greg Penner has been vocal about Denver playing an international game in 2025. The Broncos last played abroad in 2022, beating the Jacksonville Jaguars 21-17 in London.

Two of their road opponents in 2025 are set to host international games - the New York Jets in London, and the Indianapolis Colts in Berlin. Watch for Denver to face one of those two overseas this coming season, and fortunately it won't have to surrender a home game to do it.

Prediction No. 3: Broncos play three consecutive home games

The Broncos will play a ninth home game in 2025, increasing the odds of them having a rare stretch of three home games in a row. If they do end up playing internationally, those odds could increase even more.

The only down side to this would be that Denver would likely have multiple back-to-back away games throughout the season. However, it could be worth it, especially if the three-straight home games occurred late in the year heading towards the playoffs.
