Latest detail on Jason Kelce's future points toward retirement
Nathan Ray Seebeck-USA TODAY Sports

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce has been enjoying himself in Las Vegas this week ahead of his brother's and the Kansas City Chief's Super Bowl LVIII matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

Kelce was spotted dominating the blackjack table alongside some Barstool Sports guys and popular comedians Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer:

He also found time to sit down with Shaq and threw some shade at Charles Barkley:

Kelce was even caught singing his heart out to Adele's "Someone Like You":

Kelce Met with ESPN & Fox to Discuss His Future

But Kelce also had a couple of business meetings while he was out running around Sin City.

According to Front Office Sports, Kelce met with ESPN and Fox Sports to discuss potential future TV deals, though they're not the only networks who are "in the hunt":

"According to a source with direct knowledge of the situation, Kelce met this week with ESPN to discuss possibly linking up; and FOS spoke to another source who witnessed Kelce meeting for the same purpose with Fox. (ESPN and Fox declined to comment.) Those talks are viewed as a preliminary “testing of the water;” he’s been “making the rounds” with various networks, according to one of the sources, and the expectation from both nets is that CBS, NBC and Amazon will join the hunt if Kelce officially becomes a TV free agent," - Michael McCarthy of FOS

Kelce, who has contemplated retirement but can't seem to make up his mind, showed interest in a TV career during the 2023 regular season when he spent the Eagles' bye week working on Amazon Prime's Thursday Night Football broadcast in Week 10.

Talks about his future on the big screen appear to be getting even more serious so we should be hearing about his official retirement decision soon.

Until then, we'll see if Kelce can keep his shirt on while his brother Travis and the Chiefs make a run at a back-to-back Lombardi trophy.
