I was lucky enough to go to the first preseason game where Josh Allen threw his first pass in a Bills jersey, in Orchard Park. Seeing the rookie QB walk out and throw a bomb out of bounds with the fans exploding over an incomplete pass, it was one of my favorite moments.

Coming out of college, all the talks on Allen (outside of his turnovers and how the team would need to outsmart regular humans and the entirety of math itself to be successful) were about his rocket arm, which has been on full display since day one with the organization. Taking a quick look at his Wyoming highlights, Josh Allen was just born different.

Orlovsky and the rest of the world took notice, too, as Allen came in as number one overall in terms of arm strength. Slighting out Patrick Mahomes for the honor.

Speaking on why Allen is placed one overall, Orlovsky offered, "The best in the game at this is Allen, but the top four on my list -- including Mahomes, Herbert, and Jackson -- are collectively in a league of their own. Allen connected on 15 tight-window throws 10 or more yards downfield last season, tied for the third most in the NFL. Nine of those were at least 20 yards downfield, the most in the league. He can step on one with authority."

Anytime Allen drops back and launches it, we're in for a treat. The superstar QB has more than enough highlight reel footage to showcase just how powerful an arm he has.
