One of the most intriguing games the NFL has to offer for Week 12 might be affected by Mother Nature.
On Thursday morning, Green Bay Packers writer Wes Hodkiewicz shared a video of Lambeau Field covered in snow. It was reported on Wednesday that at least two inches of snow was going to hit Green Bay this week. The snow is expected to quickly shift to rain this afternoon.
The Packers are hosting the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of last year's Divisional Round game.
Although there's no snow in the forecast for Sunday, fans of the Packers are hoping that'll change in the next 24 hours or so. If it ends up snowing, that would most likely favor the home team.
"Please god give us a Niners Packers snow game," one fan said.
"Would've been great had this been Sunday," another fan wrote on X.

It'll be chilly on Sunday, but there won't be inclement weather at Lambeau Field. Last time these two teams squared off in less than ideal conditions, Brock Purdy struggled under center for the 49ers.
The 49ers are coming off another loss where they blew a fourth-quarter lead. That's been an unfortunate trend for the reigning NFC champions.
As for the Packers, they're coming off a thrilling win over the Chicago Bears. They blocked a field goal attempt at the last second to secure the victory.
Kickoff for the 49ers-Packers game is at 4:25 p.m. ET. Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady will be on the call for FOX.
