Former Bills running back LeSean McCoy had some grievances to air out after some of the team's personnel decisions to start the week.
On Monday, Buffalo decided to fire head coach Sean McDermott after seven straight double-digit win seasons. While choosing to not only retain GM Brandon Beane, but also give him the added title of president of football operations.
Beane's promotion didn't land well with a lot of people who thought the Bills have been at a talent disadvantage over the past couple of years. And that was especially the case with the man they call Shady.
Taking to social media on Monday, the six-time Pro Bowler reacted to Buffalo parting ways with McDermott only to have Beane be put in position to lead the new coaching search.
"Wait wait so the GM stays after all these non talented rosters and absolutely NO HELP for Josh on offense or defense lol," McCoy replied to an Adam Schefter report. "Only in THE NFL."

McCoy suited up for the Bills from 2015-2018 — playing two seasons under McDermott where he went to three straight Pro Bowls and ran for 3,814 yards and 25 touchdowns after being traded from Philadelphia.
Shady wasn't alone in his criticism of the move. Numerous fans and pundits alike were a bit miffed by the Bills' moving on from McDermott and giving Beane added power.
"The Bills firing Sean McDermott and not Brandon Beane is a travesty," Alex Brasky said.
"Brandon Beane being a total and winning this power struggle was worst case scenario," the Air Raid podcast shared. "He was way more of a problem than the head coach. It shoulda been them both out the door or the GM fired. Time will tell, but Sabres-esque Terry Pegula ownership blunder imo."
"I’ll be honest, the fact that Sean McDermott got fired, and Brandon Beane still has a job makes me sick," a member of Bills Mafia posted.
"Sean McDermott didn’t blow it with his draft picks. Sean McDermott didn’t mismanage the cap so badly Josh Allen may never get real help. Sean McDermott didn’t act like a child when someone dared question him. Brandon Beane is the real problem."

Brandon Beane is the real problem.
Whenever a team fails to have success in the postseason, the coach is usually going to get the blame first. But it's hard to pin all of Buffalo's problems on McDermott when the defense can't hold teams under 30 and the quarterback turns the ball over four times.
