Lions' Dan Campbell emerges as the last man standing in an unlikely world-changing event

In my line of work, the early part of July is a hellscape. You're begging for something to write about because there is just nothing going on. On Wednesday, I was supplied with something that is a total joke, but I have to talk about it.

I'm a big horror movie fan. I love slashers, haunted houses, paranormal stuff, and all that. I also like zombies and often wonder what the world would be like if a zombie apocalypse went down. Who would survive?

Well, the people over at Gridiron Gridlock have an answer as to who would survive among all 32 NFL head coaches, and I think you'll agree with who the sole survivor is.

Our guy, Dan Campbell, is the last man standing in the zombie apocalypse. Now it's time for us to elaborate on the work they've done and talk about why Campbell is the guy here.

First of all, he's still in tremendous shape. There are other coaches who are in good shape, but Campbell is jacked to the gills still, and if you didn't know any better, you'd think he was still out there on the field every week.

The man has grit. We all know it, and we've all seen it. He does not care if the zombie has one butt cheek and three toes, he will take it out if he has to.

Now, if we could just spend a couple of minutes talking about who isn't making it. Poor Ben Johnson isn't going to make it far. He's joined by Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, who I think should be one tier lower. He'd probably get bit while complaining that a fan said mean things to him.

Vikings coach Kevin O'Connell's resources could keep him alive for a while, and they think Jets head coach Aaron Glenn could potentially survive.

If there's one coach in the league who I think could survive alongside Campbell, I think it's probably Mike Tomlin. That guy would figure it out somehow. It's not the zombies that take him out; it's Aaron Rodgers.
