Amon-Ra St. Brown and the Detroit Lions are taking on the Washington Commanders in Week 10. At 5-3, the Lions are looking to bounce back after losing to the Minnesota Vikings last week.

St. Brown had a strong performance against the Vikings, leading his team in targets (13 ) and receptions (nine) and tying for the team lead in yards (97). He continues to be a top target for quarterback Jared Goff.

He has been a big piece of Detroit's explosive offense, which, through the first eight games, has averaged 350.8 total yards per game and 29.9 points per game. He has continued to produce well, including against the Commanders.

In the first quarter, he hauled in a nine-yard touchdown reception, giving the Lions a 14-3 lead after the extra point.

It was his third reception of the game, and it helped him etch his name further into the team's history. The Lions announced that St. Brown joined wide receiver Herman Moore as the only players in franchise history to have 60-plus receptions and eight-plus touchdowns in the first nine games.

"The only players in @Lions history to tally 60+ receptions and 8+ receiving TDs through the first nine games of any season: -@amonra_stbrown (2025) - Herman Moore (1995)," Detroit wrote via an X post.

St. Brown will be adding to an already impressive first eight games of the season, when he racked up 74 targets, 59 receptions, 635 yards and seven touchdowns.

Of course, he has been one of the Lions' most productive offensive threats since they selected him in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He has already been rewarded with a four-year, $120 million contract running through the 2028 season.

At 5-3, a win over the Commanders would be a big boost for the Lions, looking to win the NFC North and make a playoff appearance for the third straight year. St. Brown is doing his part.

The Lions are back in action in Week 11 for a "Sunday Night Football" road showdown against the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles.
