Scary moment in the first quarter of Sunday's game in Foxboro between the Detroit Lions and New England Patriots.
Detroit's Saivion Smith had to be taken off the field in an ambulance after going down with an injury.
It was difficult to see what exactly happened, but the fact an ambulance came out onto the field to take him off was definitely concerning.
The Lions official update is that Smith was removed from the game and taken to a local hospital to be evaluated for a neck injury.
