There's been a lot of questions all offseason about what the future looks like for Detroit Lions' left tackle Taylor Decker. Well, we now know that the future looks exactly like the past has been looking. He's not going anywhere. Lions' GM Brad Holmes announced on 97.1 The Ticket that the Lions have signed Decker to a three year extension.

Decker has been with the Lions since 2016 and has been one of the better left tackles in the game. After a strong season in which the Lions finally won something with him on the roster, it was really hard to see the team moving on from him. Especially since he's been so consistent.
Nothing is known about the extension numbers or anything like that just yet, but we will update this post as soon as that information comes in. Either way, this is a good day for the Lions and they made the right move keeping one of the guys that's been a big piece of this rebuild.
Update: We got some numbers on the deal. It's a three-year $60 million deal.
