The Detroit Lions have gotten healthy after the bye week. They had a practice on Tuesday and an estimated practice on Wednesday and everyone that's currently on the 53-man roster participated. The Lions were back at practice on Thursday. Let's see who sat out for the Lions.

Levi Onzwuzurike and Halapoulivaati Vaitai did not practice Thursday. Vaitai seems to still be having issues with his back. Donovan Peoples-Jones and Dan Skipper were limited. I would imagine there's a chance that Peoples-Jones sits out this first game while he lets that rib injury heal and, more importantly, learns the playbook.

The Chargers have also been mostly healthy outside of sending Josh Palmer to injure reserve. Quarterback Justin Herbert was the only one on the injury report for the Chargers on Wednesday. He was a full participant despite having an injured finger.

The big one today is Joey Bosa. He missed practice with an illness.
