Brandon Graham will likely reveal his future plans on Tuesday.
The Philadelphia Eagles announced on social media that Graham will hold a press conference today at noon ET. They said to "stay tuned for an announcement" in a social media post alongside a photo of the longtime defensive lineman standing next to the iconic Rocky Balboa statue. A pair of green cleats is hanging off the fictional boxer's arm.
Last year, Graham indicated that he planned to walk away after the 2024 season. He's spent his entire 15-year career with the Eagles, who made him the No. 13 pick in 2010.
After missing more than two months with torn triceps, the 36-year-old returned for the Super Bowl. Graham collected one tackle in limited reps during a 40-22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Graham wasn't ready to commit to any future plans after securing his second Super Bowl ring. He told 94WIP that he'd speak to Eagles general manager Howie Roseman before making a decision.
"The goal was to win one," Graham said. "Of course, I still feel like I got a lot in the tank, but I want to make sure that I go about this the right way."
In terms of choosing whether to retire, Graham said last month that he's "not there yet."
"I do love what I do and I love the role that I play in this right now," he said. "There's so many different things that I'm going through right now, and I got a chance to go out on my terms ... Give me a little minute."
If Graham announces his retirement, he'll walk away with 487 tackles, 76.5 sacks, and 22 forced fumbles in 206 career games. He made his lone Pro Bowl in 2020 and returned from a season-ending torn Achilles tendon to register a career-high 11 sacks in 2022.
Graham's retirement would continue to signal the end of an era in Philadelphia. Longtime Eagles legends Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox retired after the 2023 season.
