Look: Buffalo's Highmark Stadium is completely blanketed in snow

We knew Buffalo was going to get hammered with a massive snowstorm this weekend, and the pictures are unbelievable.

The Bills posted a handful of pictures from Highmark Stadium to their Twitter account on Friday afternoon, showing a completely blanketed stadium that is buried under several feet of snow.

That right there is why Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns was moved to Detroit.
Even the bulk of the snow stops falling before 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, there is no way that amount of snow was going to be cleared out in time for tens of thousands of fans and stadium personnel to show up there and work an NFL game.
The storm also forced the postponement of the NCAA's Buffalo Bulls game on Saturday.
While the snow storm impacted Buffalo's plans for Sunday, there was a great stroke of luck that their next game also happens to be on Thursday afternoon in Detroit for the Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions.
After playing the Browns on Sunday, the Bills will be able to simply remain in Detroit in preparation for Thursday's game without having to worry about traveling back and forth from Buffalo in the days between.
