The Seattle Seahawks have upgraded their training room.
Seahawks defensive tackle Byron Murphy II shared a video to his Instagram Story that shows off the Seahawks’ training room. You can see there are multiple hydrotherapy pools, including one that had an underwater treadmill. The facility also includes multiple individual hot and cold tubs.
Byron Murphy posted video of what looks to be the new Seahawks training room. The team was given a C on the NFLPA report card by the player for their training room last season. They remodeled the whole space.

The Seahawks’ upgrades seem to have come at a good time. The team had high ratings in their NFLPA report card, with the exception of one category: training room. They received a “C” in that category and B- for their training staff. They received at least a B in every other category.
If you’re curious for context what kind of facilities earn As from players, look at the Vikings. They got an A+ for their locker room and A- for their training room. Here is a look at their locker room and team meeting room.
I am at the Vikings Training Facility to talk to Coach O’Connell ahead of our big @SNFonNBC game. He was fantastic but I can’t believe this place. Ownership went all out to give the players and staff everything they need to succeed. Here are the locker room and the team meeting… pic.twitter.com/xlL04j1ns1

Those are some nice facilities. The Miami Dolphins also received an A or A+ across the board for their beautiful training facilities.
