As speculation swirls around Jalen Ramsey’s future, one of his current teammates isn’t ready to let him go without a fight. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is going all-in to keep the All-Pro cornerback in South Florida, despite growing reports of interest from multiple teams—including a potential reunion with the Los Angeles Rams.
Speaking at Fanatics Fest in New York City over the weekend, Hill made his stance clear.
“I’m gonna hang out with Ramsey next week, man. I’m gonna get him back. Full-court press. I’m getting Ramsey back in a Dolphins jersey,” Hill said. “I don’t care what they say—tampering, whatever—we need Ramsey. He’s a dog. One of the best corners in the league, man. Great leader, great teammate too. That’s what he doesn’t get a lot of credit for.”

Hill’s plea comes amid increasing uncertainty around Ramsey’s future in Miami. The Dolphins and Ramsey reportedly agreed to explore a trade earlier this offseason, and while no deal has materialized, speculation has only grown. Ramsey recently followed several Pittsburgh Steelers players on social media, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the 30-year-old has a preference for West Coast teams—specifically the Chargers or the Rams.
The Rams have emerged as a serious candidate to land Ramsey, whom they traded to Miami in 2023 after a highly successful four-year stint that included a Super Bowl win. Head coach Sean McVay acknowledged the interest but cautioned that “it would take a lot of work” to make it happen financially.
Still, Hill isn’t giving up hope.
“I’m getting him back in a Dolphins jersey. I don’t care what they say,” Hill reiterated.
Ramsey, under contract with Miami through 2028, logged 60 tackles and two interceptions in 17 games last season. While Miami remains optimistic about finding a trade partner, Hill’s last-ditch recruiting effort may yet have a say in the outcome.
For now, one of the league’s top corners remains a Dolphin—at least until someone blinks.
