Mahomes Kids Steal The Show at Playoff Press Conference

The Kansas City Chiefs booked their spot into yet another AFC Championship game after beating the Houston Texans 23-14, but Patrick Mahomes might not be the most famous person in his family.

Mahomes took to the podium to field questions from reporters after the game, and all throughout the press conference, his kids could be heard talking and making noise in the background, to which Mahomes often looked over and smiled.

And now we have a little more context for it with Mahomes, after stepping off the podium, getting into as conversation with his son, Bronze, who appeared to be the main one making the noise.

"Why we talking so much? Come on Bronze!," Mahomes said.

After the press conference had concluded, Mahomes could be seen walking over to his wife Brittany, who was with his two children and Patrick morphed from future Hall of Fame quarterback into "dad mode" talking to his son and then picking up his daughter before leaving.

It gave us an insight into Mahomes as a father because it is something that the public rarely gets to see, so when we do, it warms the heart.

We aren't totally sure if Bronze will be allowed back into the media room next week when his father fields questions from reporters, but it is good to see him and his son interact just like a normal family.

With the Chiefs in action at Arrowhead next week as they welcome either the Buffalo Bills or Baltimore Ravens, we imagine that Bronze might just make an appearance again. But he'll have to be a little quiet next time.
