ESPN's Field Yates revealed his favorite value picks from each round of the 2024 NFL Draft and Cincinnati's Tanner McLachlan made the list in the sixth round.

The Bengals took him 194th overall to round out the 2024 tight end room.

"McLachlan was one of my favorite sleepers in the class and my 113th-ranked player," Yates wrote. "He has excellent size (6-5, 244 pounds) and is an instinctive/smooth route runner with really good skills after the catch. Cincinnati was a rare team that leaned on a legitimate rotation of tight ends in 2023 (four consistently saw playtime), and McLachlan figures to be a part of something similar, with Mike Gesicki and fellow draftee Erick All also with the Bengals this season."

A value on Yates's board and the consensus big board, where McLachlan slotted 176th overall.

Time will tell if he can stick on the roster and make an impact.
