The New York Giants have eight picks in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft, and they could be one of the many teams that use one of their selections on a quarterback.

One of the field generals in this year's class that many believe has a very high ceiling is Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe. Giants superstar wide receiver Malik Nabers has been campaigning for the team to draft him, and the 22-year-old QB weighed in on it.

"Yeah. Might be true," Milroe said in an interview with Kay Adams. "He comes into the league with so many great skills, unique skillset, the competitive edge, all those things at the receiver position I like at quarterback. We're both competitive, so that competitive spirit that comes from LSU and Alabama on one roster is gonna push everyone on the team. Truly, I'd love to play with him, and then also we have a relationship."

The Giants just signed veteran quarterback Russell Wilson in free agency to be their starting quarterback this season. But after his one-year deal is up, the team will need to have their quarterback of the future ready to go.

Milroe finished his senior season at Alabama with 2,844 yards and 16 touchdowns through the air. But it is his legs that make him impressive, as he finished the year with 726 yards and 20 touchdowns on the ground.

If the Giants decide to use one of their Day 2 picks on a young quarterback, then pairing Milroe with Nabers could be a very intriguing option.
